"Really professional service"
I booked through urban.co and it was all straightforward . The person who came arrived on time , was polite , and clearly knew what they were doing .
There was no awkwardness or rushing , which I really appreciated . They explained everything in a simple way and cleaned up afterwards too . It felt professional but still friendly , and I’d definitely use them again

I ordered from urban.co not expecting too much, but I was actually surprised by how good the quality is. The material feels solid and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it still looks pretty much new. Based on what I thought I’d be getting, I’m really happy with it and would probably buy again.

I’ve had a good experience overall with availability, especially the last time I checked during the week. That said, I just tried grabbing a weekend spot recently and it was already booked up quicker than I expected. So I’d definitely plan ahead if you’re aiming for a Saturday or Sunday.

I had booked a service through urban.co and wasn’t expecting much beyond just getting the work done. The technician arrived on time, was polite, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things along the way instead of just rushing through it, which made me feel a bit more comfortable. After finishing, he even cleaned up the area a little, which I appreciated. So yes, overall it turned out to be a good experience and I don’t really have any major complaints.

"Handled the issue really well"
I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because I’ve generally had good experiences with urban, but even so, I was impressed this time. There was a small bit of damage after my service, which was annoying at first, but their support team got back to me quickly and covered the fix without turning it into a hassle. They handled it smoothly, and I really appreciated that.

My first impression with Urban was really positive, the pro showed up on time, was polite, and checked everything with me before getting started. I’ve used them twice now and had the same experience both times, which definitely made me feel more comfortable booking again. The app feels safe enough overall, but I do wish there was a bit more info upfront about who’s coming

I've booked urban a few times now, and the best part is that they actually show up when they say they will. My last therapist was even 5 minutes early, which was great because you’re not just sitting there wondering if someone’s on the way. I also got a message beforehand so I knew they were close. It’s a simple thing, but it really makes a difference. I’ll definitely use them again.
